How he came to Happy Tails: Morris was taped up in a cardboard box and dropped off to a shelter. His owner could no longer financially afford him and tried to do the humane thing by offering him to a shelter who then called us to help.

Why he is retired as a Golden Tail: Morris, being a 16 year old entire male Staffy x has a long list of issues including: deafness, chronic arthritis, enlarged prostate, incontinence, fly bites and so on.

His Happy Tale: Morris’s carer was there the day he was dumped and knew that this was no place for an elderly man to search for his new forever family; especially when he should be spending his days being spoilt by the ones that love him the most. He joined the Happy Tails family and immediately and found the love of his life, Mary. They spend their golden tails roaming around the back yard in the sunshine and snoozing their afternoons away. (Read more about their love affair here)

How your donation helps: All of Morris’s vetwork is covered for life. This includes regular items such as health checks, vaccinations and medication; but also extra items such as blood tests and x-rays.
